I ignored all of the negative reviews and SO HAPPY I did so. I stopped, I met Patti, I purchased the most beautiful established plants, and they are absolutely beautiful and thriving days later. Patti knows what she is doing, and she has a beautiful talent. I love her style. I will be back.

An incredibly poor business women. I purchase 2 planters for $169 and within 58 hours 1 looked horrible. Tried to stop by and she was unavailable so I texted her asking to exchange it. She texted back said it was all my fault for not watering. I replied that I treated both plants the same, watering daily and there has to be something wrong as one looks great and the other not. See for yourself. Do not shop this business.

I was there yesterday, May 26. I asked the owner if she had a 26 or 27 inch wire planter. She said no. I said I saw at least 10 in the front where I parked. She said they weren’t for sale. My next question which I thought was valid was, “ Why? They are empty and have no sign that says not for sale.”Her reply was,” I don’t want to that is why.” I thought fine, then move them to the back! She was angry and walked off. Before I left I told her I didn’t mean to anger her, I was just curious. She replied that she only had concrete planters she wanted to sell, and if I didn’t want one of those leave.She was rude, disinterested, and had no people skills .” I will never go back.

I have been here at different times, four total and this last time was the final visit. This woman has issues...anger management needed. NOTHING is priced and if you touch to see if its planted in an urn verses sitting in a basket in the urn, you get reprimanded for touching the flower...Gently...in front of other customers. The flowers are beautiful but I cant support a business that is so so rude. Every visit she has been super rude and I have left every time without a purchase. Get out of the business Patti if you do not enjoy customers. I had 500 bucks to spend...apparently you do not need the money. I am sorry you are so miserable but please get some help, seriously...a lady that witnessed your behavior said, "that was uncalled for and I am not buying either." We both left. I will just admire from afar....

Patti's has a vast array of high quality plants for bedding and potting. Their hanging baskets are HUGE and full of vivid color. This is THE place in town if you are looking for the best selection of healthy, mature plants for your porch, yard, or outdoor space. They have the unusual as well as old favorites and the owners are generous with their knowledge of how to keep your plants looking their best. But bring cash--they don't accept plastic.
